26th SEA GAMES to be held in Indonesia ( 2011 )

Southeast Asian Games which is also known as the SEA Games occurs every 2 years. I will tell some  history of it, SEA Games first event that was held in Bangkok from December 12 to 17 of 1959. It comprises of more than 527 athletes from Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Singapore and etc that were participating in 12 sports. At 1975 the 8th SEAP game the federation considered the inclusion of Indonesia and Philippines. Which the Indonesia will be the host of the event this coming 2011, and allready had hosted 3 times years ago. Indonesia also holds the most over all champions winning it 9 times and Thailand 2nd winning 5 times. 

SEA Games - a biennial multisport event involving 11 countries of Southeast Asia. The 26th SEA Game will be held in Jakarta and Palembang Indonesia this coming November 2011. The city of Jakarta has hosted SEA games for already 3 times in years 1979, 1987 and 1997. This will be a non stop sports action which all of us will be enjoying watching and supporting our own country.
